Welcome to the two-hundreth-and-first episode of the Hidden Details blog!

Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

FIRST PANEL
1:
There's a Pac-Man-shaped hole visible in the background of this panel, which is likely where Pac-Man himself was dropped. He doesn't seem hurt badly though, Lord Circe.

SECOND PANEL
2:
The 末 kanji is cut into the tree in the background of this panel. Found by Cameron Devera.
3:
And Miep is hiding in the same tree! Green Dragon 53 spotted her tail dangling from one of the branches.

THIRD PANEL
4:
Bubsy is normally has an exclamation mark on his shirt, but for some reason I thought it was funny to replace it with "OUCH!", which is also what that Chad from the Virgin vs. Chad meme has on his shirt. It might also reference the fact that he got wacked on the head.
5:
Another Master Hand playing the hand game: right above Super Meat Boy. You've been got, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends.

FOURTH PANEL
6:
There's a Pianta chilling between the trees in the background! Good job, Edgar Castro. I think he was pretty hard to spot.
7:
Ukiki (the monkey from Mario) is sitting in one of the palm trees. This might also be a reference to Link's Awakening. Or Yoshi's Island. Who knows, ficitionfan0.
8:
Also, Balthazar is chilling in the shade of a palm tree, right next to The Traveler from Journey. Glad you noticed him, Tolis!
9:
This week's crewmate is visible in one of the spots on Ruto's left arm fins. Good eyes, Generic Hero.
10:
One of the floating Master Hands in this panel seems to notice Ruto and Barry Steakfries trying to escape. Little bit of foreshadowing for the next panel, Tomerate.

FIFTH PANEL
11:
This week's loss is visible in one of the emblems on The Traveler's scarf. It was just too got of a spot not to put it, Spirit of Gotham!

SIXTH PANEL
12:
(A silhouette of) Doshin the Giant is seen in the background of this panel and the next one! Wonder how many Master Hands it took to carry him there, Brandon Digwood.
13:
I intentionally put four greedy characters together in these panels to make the start of the fight believable. Although you could argue whether Tom Nook is truly greedy. He's mostly just business-focused, I guess. Calling them "characters that deal with money" is also a good approach, Ethan Cross!

Next week around this time, I'll update the post to reveal all the details. Details that have not been found will be marked italic.
