To be fair to Greg Baldwin he DID voice Iroh in ATLA in a little of season 2 and all of season 3. He just didn't speak a whole lot in season 3 and most of season 2 was still Mako voicing Iroh.

Never trust Wan Shi Tong, He Who Knows 10.000 Things - He mad spooky! Also the reason why Unalaq could use his bending is because he entered through the portal and thus still had his physical body whereas Korra and Jinora (and Aang back then) only entered with their spirit form. No body no bending :)
