So my brother was killed in some needless crime before my 30th birthday but a few days before we were at this bar and he did Creep on Karaoke... so now every time i hear this damn song I crumble... I hate it cause I loved this song, its a good song. I miss my brother.

James Gunn's MCU swansong, and it doesn't pull any punches. And I kind of liked that we had a villain who isn't complex, who doesn't have some redeemable quality or purpose. He was just a sadistic, sociopathic egomaniac trying to play god, but too egotistical and moronic o see that he'll never succeed because... like the raccoon said... he just couldn't let things be as they are. Also, Quantamania is not a bad movie. It's very different, sure. But it's far from bad, and feels like the first phase 4 movie actually setting up things to come. If you really don't wanna watch it, fair enough, but don't not watch it just because some people said it's not good. A lot of people said X-Men: The Last Stand and the Wolverine movies were terrible; and that the Garfield Spider-Mans aren't good, and Captain Marvel's terrible. Movies that "fans" have slagged off far worse, you've very much enjoyed, because you didn't listen to people who went in already having decided. That's what I always do too. But then I also enjoyed She-Hulk and thought Ms. Marvel was delightful, so what do I know?

Oh boy. I watched it in cinema and it became my "I've never cried so much in the cinema" movie. Second watch with you at home and I cried even more. Rocket just gets me.
