Not gonna lie I was disappointed to see this wasn’t season 2

I worked as a substance use therapist for a couple years and this episode was one of the most powerful hours of television I have ever seen. Such an authentic representation of what the sponsor sponsee relationship can look like. By far my favorite episode of the show.

I actually haven't seen these since HBO took me right into season 2 should be a interesting watch

I feel like this is the pinnacle of what this show is. For me nothing in either season 1 or 2 came close to these 50 minutes.

This show gets a lot of criticism but you have to give it to them for how drug addiction is portrayed. As someone who also has witnessed addiction in family, this is so accurate and real, but I love how they are still empathetic to the characters without excusing the behavior too. I think this episode along with Jules' and some episodes in season 2 are really tough to watch as someone with proximity to addiction, bc it hits so close to home, so remember to take care of yourself too.

it makes me so upset whenever a finish one of your euphoria videos over here cuz now i ust wanna see what you think of jules' special and there's a whoooole week ahead of me which isn't much if you think how far we've come but you get the point ANYWAY love your euphoria videos thanks for making them and BE PREPARED for season 2 bye

These special episodes are my favorite thing. I got chills rewatching this. Great writing and performances. It's crazy to revisit season 1 content after watching season 2. If you know you know. Buckle up Nat! lol
