merry christmas! (Patreon)

happy holidays! etc etc! this was intended to be a last minute thing that ended up being maybe been the single most complicated piece i've put together this year outside of all the "proper" animation work i've done, so good job me! i wouldn't usually upload so relatively late but i wanted to have this up during christmas in at least like, a few timezones, so this is only late for about 60-70% of you guys, i think!

i got back to doing something i havent done for in ages with this one and that was block out the scene in blender beforehand. the perspective isn't wild but its not something i've really played with in a good while, which is one of the many reasons this ended up taking a bit longer than expected, amongst adding a bunch of background details and then being like "i might as well animate pears legs whilst im at it..."

anyways, i'm going to take a brief little break before rolling through a few things i hope to have finished up proper before we hit next year, including some of the usual goods for you guys! i can't guarantee any slice of life type new years stuff with the girls, but i would at least like to do the one single nye stream thing i've been doing the past year or two if nothing else! 

but if i do end up being on the down low entirely until we hit 2023, allow me to staple an early happy new year onto the late xmas post whilst im at it, really cover all my bases B). i'll see you all soon shortly enough regardless, and i very much hope you've all had a great 2022. and if not, here's some words to live by from limmy.
