Tadashi's body is just a pile of sweaty, stinking lard that just keeps growing and growing.

He still retains some mobility in his hands and can wiggle his heavy arms a little, but probably not for much longer. 

In this state he has finally solved the original problem he wanted to solve, food shortages. Thanks to his very diligent robots and his strong desires to keep pilling his body with fat as much and as possible, the AI he developed managed to create a new form of synthetic food: Lardmax.

Lardmax can be easily mass produced and is in fact already being done. This "food" will be distributed all around the globe and not a moment too soon, since Tadashi's nanobots have already started infecting many many people and setting them to a fate similar to him.
