one of their community creators suggests I replace the 1$ tier with the 5$ tier instead.


they recommend it GROWS and keeps patron retention. I'm not sure that's such a good idea.

My theory is business-wise it won't make a difference because the potential loss in patrons will be made up by the remaining patrons. But me not knowing anything about it, if you want more people to be involved with the same benefits (for you and us) I'd say the dollar tier can stay. Just my opinion that you probably shouldn't take too seriously lol

I mean if money ever becomes an issue i would completely understand the move and may ever upgrade my sub but it's your choice at the end of the day

I can spare a dollar maybe 2. But i dont know if im down for a fiver a month. Money is really tight for me

I would say that it's a weird idea. Sure there are custom pledges so we can keep at $1, but it's nice to be on a tier with a little reward (like the names at the end of vids).
