I bought Rimworld a week ago on a whim. Part of me regrets doing so. it caught my eye a little, but I wasn't entirely convinced. Then I mentioned it to a friend called Geb, who convinced me.

Seven Days Later....

So yeah, I've become addicted enough to RimWorlf I went over the game's back end as much as my sleep-deprived brain can handle, commission a bunch of custom made graphics, and threw this mod together. It should work well, but if there are any bugs I'd love to hear it!

Let me squeak you it's features!

The Springhare Race: A fully formed Race with unique graphics, species-based attributes and more. Springhares are smaller folk, and as such have a number of penalties including carry weight and problems fighting large species in malee. However, they can be tricky sharpshooters and due to their strict herbivorous nature have less of a problem finding food where there is grass. Avoid putting them in colder enviroments however, aside the lack of edible grass they are far better in warmer conditions then cooler ones!

Factions: There are other Springhare settlements in the world with caravans and, potentially, raids! The Springhares you see in the world are a generally relaxed and easygoing people, but they will certainly take potshots at you if you aggro them enough!

Scenarios: Three of the to be precice! there's a fairly vanilla crashlanding start for those that want a more normal playthrough (I suspect I'll be playing this one!), a version where you were planetbound from the start, and a final springsanity scenarios where an entire small Springhare habitat has evacuated to the planet in a full scale Rodent Infestation!

As with all of the mods I make, this mod is freely avaliable to play and enjoy, though please ask me before using any of the graphics. If you love this mod and would like to help me recoup some of the losses I madespending both sanity and coin on the art resources, I've be humbled for those that donate or tip a thanks!

I hope you're all doing well in these tricky times, and stay as safe as a Springhare!

...but stay preferably much, much safer.
