Initial Concept: Chai Patch Avala Outfit (Patreon)

Another initial concept piece for Chai, created while both Chai and Avala were still in early development.

As with some (most) Avalans, Chai Patch has an outfit passed down through the family from the days of the Avalans arrival in Thistleland. While technically illegal, many people with such items choose to instead of disposing of the clothing to hold on to them for various reasons such as preparedness and to pass down the family.

Chai's forefathers were maintenance workers in the Avala tunnels, and while the outfit she has does indeed include armour plates, the protection of the clothing isn't high.

Sadly Chai, much like most other Avalans, cannot wear this outfit in public.
