Can you believe we're already over half way through 2023! Time is flying past!!


So a lot of stuff has changed in recent months, and I just wanted to take the time to hear your thoughts really. I've created a poll that you can tap as many boxes as you want, it's basically feedback for me to mull over to make sure you enjoy what I do really and give me a boost or go back to drawing board to work stuff out.

I basically want to continue to grow, and your all on this journey with me, so your input is greatly appreciated in my future creating content.

I think you're doing great. Of the newer ones I definitely enjoy Tim and Rupert (Damian if he's new can't remember how far back he goes) I'm sure I like more of the new ones just can'r remember all of them. There's really only a couple guys I'm like Meh too but they aren't deal breakers for me. The monsters are good. The fury was cool. I want to see more of him. The prices are fine. Dante and the tentacles was amazing. Good animation, great pose, good audio. It was hot. Sanctums was good. I didn't mind the longer animation and the story, but I thought some of the pacing was off a bit. It's been a while since I've seen it, but If I remember there were some cut aways in the middle of the "action" that kind of broke up the flow a bit too much for me. And I thought Drift was underutilized. Great idea and enjoyable, but the flow was off for me. You did a great job on animating all that stuff. I thought that was very well done. Mortal injustice was great. I enjoyed that one over all. Damian was hot, good angles. The internal shots were amazing. Those need to comeback. I wouldn't say they need to be a staple because you don't want to over use something, but something that needs to get pulled out every so often. Fantastic there. Yes to the pack voting. Those are great. As for the sets, I think I voted for both because I'm in the middle. I think most of the time the 8 images are good. But every so often it feels like the pack abruptly ends and needs a couple extra images (The Fury one with piers and Dante comes to mind as I think that one needed a couple more images to be completely perfect). So I don't have an issue either way. You could do like 4 packs of 8 and 1 pack of 12 or something. I think something like this could depend on the month if people are fine with that because sometimes certain pairings or ideas you way want to do more images in a set so you do 1 less pack that month or something. Or you could maybe every couple months do a vote on packs that people want to see a part 2 for. Because The Leon and Rupert one I felt could do that because it felt like the pack was just getting going and needed another 8 images to round it out. It had the set up for the first few images and then the Rupert stuff, but it felt like it ended with a TBC at the end and I Wanted the rest of it lol. But overall great job man, and Looking at some of your older stuff you have made and are making great strides. You want feedback, you interact with people, you're funny with the behind the scenes stuff , can't really say anything bad about a hard worker like you. So keep being awesome! And the comics are cool as well. It's interesting to see them pop up. I think you're doing a 10/10 job. I love your content.

Thank you for your comments, genuinely brought a smile to my face. Yeah all of last month's packs weirdly could very easily be a part 1/2. The only intended was the Sam Trickster pack I think it was. But yeah, Rupert I underuse 😂 forgot how great Killystein made him ☺️ Trickster too. I guess what I could do for special events like Halloween, Christmas etc is do a bumper 16 image set with 3 packs but would have to logistically plan that in. But I'm humble you and everyone else enjoys my stuff 😊

Fair, it does take 3 months + for a 'DJShort' as I do this alongside a full time job. The Regen Sub Station and Sanctum Revenge took around 18 months. I Would love to be doing monthly animations as I got loads of ideas rolling about inside my mind. Realistically to achieve that Id need to throw in the job and do this full time, but if I were to live off the generousity and support of others, I'd need to grow Patreon by around 60% and it be continual month on month. Ironically if I could animate that fast I probably would grow, so that's irony really lol.
