To Install: Put this .Var file in VAM/AddonPackages   
Scene Instructions: 

• Add Misc/CustomUnityAsset to your scene.
• Change physics to No Collision
• Load the Custom Unity Asset and Pick Style.  Select Move/AlignTo then select your person's Head target. 
• Change Control settings so it is linked via Physics Link to Person/HeadControl.
• Turn Off allow grab, and un-check Allow possess and un-check Interact in Play.
• To Adjust just Turn on Control Move/Rotate or change the Size, then change settings back.
