As the spring has come time for my new relase!

I present you Oak&Concrete Kit - a modern set of itmes design for your patio. This set includes new living chair, loveseat, sectional sofa, counter and many more objects with neutral colors.  You can create very modern patio but at the same time you can build it in more classic way. 

I must say it was a lot of work after that I step out of creating anything for sims. I'm realy happy with my plants and decorations, as always 90% of my textures are made me and I'm more than happy that I can share it with you!

Also I will create another post with my assets used in this project that will be avaivable for Expansive Tier only!

THING YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• All itmes are Base Game Compatibile even Sectional Sofa 
• Living Chair, Sectional Sofa and Dining Chair have spereated swatches for Light Wood and Dark Wood
• Heating Lamp is compatibile with Base Game
• Dining Table With Fire is just objects with added effect of fire from fireplace
• All of the textures and meshes are mine, if you would like to use don't forget to mention my name. 
• Gif with presnation of the all objects is made from render generated in Blender
