Great episode! I always love waking up on a Saturday (or Sunday) to find a new episode alert from Apple Podcasts :) I'm really loving hearing about Jon's journey and success. As someone who was at an unhealthy place and made a big change, I can attest to the fact that a good support system, especially one who really makes you feel like you're important and worth the effort goes A LONG way to finding success. He's really lucky to have Frankie! EJ, I know you didn't ask and this is 100% unsolicited, but I have a suggestion to get some easy cardio in when time is tight and you don't have equipment. I throw this video into my workouts a lot. It's pretty a pretty short (12 min or so) hiit workout, all cardio (jumping jacks, running in place, butt kicks, and running planks). I highly recommend it! I actually highly recommend this whole channel. I've done many of his videos. He has level 0.5 - level 6 (insanely hard but good). https://youtu.be/oMc7_6hYxLI

Beverly Cleary was also one of my first book series as a kid. I loved all the Ramona books! I thiiiiink she wrote some of those books, maybe back in the 50's if I remember correctly. They're ooooold, but still really popular, today...pretty incredible that she got to see multiple generations of kids still interested in her art!
