2023-09-05 14:27:24 I love this show! The pilot is a wonderful set up for establishing the world! Amy and Holt are my favorite characters! I love Jake and Amy's dynamic! I like everyone except Gina and sometimes Charles! Terry's twin girls are named Cagney and Lacey for 2 detectives in an 80's police drama! Terry's being scared about getting hurt and leaving them fatherless! Is totally understandable! Terry going crazy and shooting up mannequins is the funniest scene in the first 2 episodes! The second case is my least favorite of season 1! Though that doesn't mean there aren't some funny lines! My Dad cannot stand Jake's childish antics. He reminds my Dad of his brother. He refuses to watch Brooklyn 99 with me! I am so glad to see it from someone else's perspective! Comedy is subjective. Depending on your sense of humor how jokes land with you personally! It gets alot better! Thanks for the wonderful reaction!
