For the most part season's 1 and 2 were set-up seasons, their junior year. A lot of good stuff came from this season (that will have more of an impact later) and the worst thing from this season, Felix, is now gone. He (and most of the new ppl) was the real downer for me. He added absolutely nothing to the season. I liked these last few epis leading up to the finale the best. Plus, Dan is always entertaining, despite being terrible.

Nathan: "I thought this marriage was going to make both of our lives better, but all it ended up doing was getting in the way of our dreams." It was sad to see Nathan come to this conclusion, but it makes sense after all that's happened and really Haley has been hovering around this conclusion for awhile. It's been a little dragged out, especially with all of the fake out reunions lately lol, but I actually love how organic this has been. How their rash decision to marry at 16 has had some very realistic challenges and how their decision parallels the parents, who faced similar challenges and we see the consequences years later. Honestly, it was also tough to watch Haley, at 16/17 have to choose between her dream of music or marriage. At the end of the day she did make the decision to get married. Marriage is a lifetime commitment, even if that lifetime starts at 16. It's time to stop running from it and grow up and figure it out, which I felt she started to do in this episode, before the whole annulment thing. Ofc when Haley chooses their marriage, Nathan decides to end it so they can focus on their dreams. The angst is unbearable 😫.
