I got so tired of people flying off on Clark as a flex at this point lol. I haven't re-watched this episode in a long time. I forgot how good it was. Every single character was great here. Clark was Superman, Zod becomes the villain he was destined to become, Tess and Chloe were great, and the difference with Clark and Oliver's relationship between now and a similar point in season 8 was like night and day. Remember that the Faora that possessed Lois was an older version of the character who was under Zod's influence for years. Once again I have to say that Smallville did a great job of converging all the plot lines toward the end. Lois is back for the penultimate episode and Smallville's strongest finale (imo) is coming up!
