I completely understand how you feel about this episode. Most of us felt this way when the episode first aired. Quick tip: If you haven't already started watching season 7, I'd highly recommend you look away from the intro credits. There's some spoilers.

Lana literally paid the ultimate sacrifice for Clark, she gave up her choice and freedom and is in a loveless marriage just to save the one she loves. This episode is proof that despite everything, she will always have Clark’s interests at heart. Also, we’re not going to pretend that Chloe hasn’t crossed the line time and time again to find out Clark’s secret so no, she’s not the only one. Didn’t like your comment about her being pregnant so ‘what are you doing?’ in terms of not marrying Lex. A baby shouldn’t dictate you staying in a toxic and loveless marriage, that sends a really bad message to girls out there.
