This was SO worth the wait! :) I agree with everything you said, especially about the stakes being so high, and the amazing acting when Lana got stabbed - I still cringe and tense up seeing it. Looks so painful ahhh. I also adore the Lois and Clark moment, of course; those two are always awesome. But Kryptonian stuff usually receive a negative or wary response (which makes sense since people are typically dying or things are getting wrecked haha) yet Lois described a representation of Krypton (the fortress) as "heaven" and a place that was warm / reassuring - Clark's smile at that always gets me. It must have meant a lot to him. And of course the instinctual hand-holding was cuuute. Love, loved your reaction and am so excited to see more. (tho I miss Jonathan!) Next episode is one of my favourites, for multiple reasons. I think the cast for this season (not just mains, but overall) are a lot of fun and add interesting / fresh layers to the story and character development. It makes me even more hyped for you to see and react to it all.
