I am very sorry for my absence the last few weeks, But I caught a terrible virus that attacked me very hard at the respiratory and stomach levels. 

I haven't had much energy and I lost my appetite, I tolerated a few foods and in small quantities, in fact I lost some weight, I think about 1 or 2kg...

These days I recorded what I thought was going to be the Thanksgiving special, it's not that bad but it surely could have been better if I had been in better health, I'm going to share that and some short videos that I hope you like.

Now that I feel better, I hope to regain that lost weight and continue gaining weight and shaping my belly for you... Enjoy and happy holidays!!
