Team Nimbus is stepping up its game - we're hiring!

We are looking for a games programmer to join our team in a full-time capacity until the December 31st 2020, with potential to continue as an ongoing role based on our income at the time.

This is a contracted, full time, position working remotely and offering a rate of US$3500 per month.

These key responsibilities are required:

  • 40 hours of work time per week
  • Proficiency of the English language in written & verbal skills
  • Must use Discord
  • Work autonomously and remotely via internet
  • Professionalism and discipline while representing Team Nimbus to the general public
  • Maintaining regular lines of communication with an international team of managers, artists and programmers during work hours
  • Streaming some of your work hours to the public via Piczel.tv


The most suitable candidate will fulfil most of the following selection criteria:

  • High level of proficiency & experience with the Unity3D game engine
  • High level of proficiency with C#, familiarity with .NET or MONO libraries
  • High level technical understanding of C#-language specific features (including LINQ), writing optimal code for performance & memory management
  • High level technical understanding of underlying games technology, such as the graphics rendering pipeline & performance implications of 3d graphics
  • Good understanding of maintaining a project with Git version control software or similar (Subversion, Perforce, Mercurial etc.)
  • Good proficiency with image editing software, such as Photoshop or GIMP
  • Compliance to best programming style standards with regards to notation, readability and maintainability of code
