Given that Ev must always be in the party, we decided that the player should always be able to pick the abilities for Ev. In an upcoming version, this will be fully implemented.

Ev is able to swap between multiple abilities, since they are a character who must always be in the party, we felt it was important to let the player build their ability set as they saw fit.
