Yeah, as the title said I'm going to be making some big changes to how I handle Patreons and/or commissions. With the Basement getting very close to being finished and I and my brother are going to start moving our things down there getting our rooms set up and all, I'm going to be reworking my Patreon and commissions info around the same time. As I said I'm going to be making some big changes to my Patreon and how I'll do commissions so let's start with how I'm changing my Patreon.

Patreon

First, I'm no longer going to do monthly Patreon commissions anymore it just getting too hard for me to try to get every commission done every month so from now on whenever I take commission works they will be done on my own time.

Second, I'm going to be limiting the Commission tiers down to a mostly 3-tier system with one tier for sketch works (line, and flat colors), one for Ink and color works (Cel and Solf-Shaded), and one for Comics and Sequences. I haven't confirmed a set price yet for these three tiers yet but they will be part of a discount whenever I take commissions.

Third, I will post a link to a commission form for whatever tier you are on (I'll talk more about commission forms later) for a short period of time at the start of the month for you guys to sign up for as long as their slots are available. Then I'll close up the link to whether the slots are full or not and that will be it then I open up the link again at the start of next month or so if there are tiers available.

Hopefully, this will make it a lot easier for me and for you guys to handle, Now let's talk about how I'm going to do the commission processes from now on.

Commission Processes

As I mentioned before I'm going to be making forms for commissions works now and I'm been looking at some options for making forms from Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or Ko-Fi Commissions but I came across this online commission platform called Artistree.io ( https://artistree.io/ ) It's free to use, they don't charge you a fee for money transaction (in fact they add the fee to the client's pricing so the client pay for the fee, not the artist) and most of the profit they make goes to help plant trees with every commission sold threw them. So I might go with them when I start taking commissions.

Prices

As I said before I'm going to be raising the pricing cause unfortunately with everything that had happened this year and with the world economy as it is now I can't keep the prices the same way as before. I'm going to be adding extra fees like wings or multiple body parts to commissions as well as a fee if you want your commission to be streamed or you like a Timelapse video to be made etc.

Well, this is what I'm changing with my Patreon and how I do commissions if you don't like these changes then I'm sorry but I need to take these more seriously now.

A few considerations: I totally support your decision of not doing monthly commissions anymore. I always worried about how overloaded you were, so I hope this will help you. I also support the platform you chose to receive new requests. I also like the fact we will have the option of the commissions we ask to be done offline. The only thing that is making me a bit worried is the price. You already raised the price of the Sketchmissions and I was totally fine with them. However, even though you haven't decided yet, the way you are talking makes me feel there will be a drastic raise in the commission's prices. I'm able to afford ones up to $30, so I hope you consider having a tier under that price. Either way, I'm still supporting you via Patreon. You might consider making a tier giving a discount for commissions

Well, Sketch commission will be around the same price as Sketchmission so you shouldn't worry too much there. but I will be making big changes to Sketchmission once I open up commissions again, cause some of the Sketchmission I have been doing is at a commission-level quality I need to make that clear.

Hmm... so in this new tier system, you will do away with the Art Slave tier too?
