Changes to Patreon Tiers Managements (Patreon)

Yeah, I'm going to be making some changes to how I manage my Patreon commission tiers at the start of a new month I'll be closing down the commission tiers that are filled up and by the end of the month I'll open up the commission tiers that I finished and if there are any open slots available in those tiers. I'll post a journal or message every start/end of the month on what tiers are open.

The reason for this change I realize I'm getting more commissions than I wanted every month by leaving them open cause when I finish a commission for a patron that patron ether cancel the pledged (after payment went through) or move to a lower-tier cause it's done leaving an open slot for someone else to take its place adding another commission to already fill-up plate for that month. So a commission tier that has two slots could end up becoming 3 to 4+ commission projects as soon a slot opens up within the month. So doing it this way will prevent that from happening and make it a little easier for me to handle commissions every month. 

Anyways I'm just letting you guys know about this change so you know what going on.
