Our gradual journey through the masterpiece catalogue of Taito continues this episode, which I expected to be the final part of this series going into it. Not unlike how I expected Pts. II and III to also be the final parts. It's just, well, all those masterpieces in that catalog, you know? So many. And we have so much to say about those games. I mean, this is the fourth part of a series, and it's nearly two hours long. Absolute madness.

Brandon Sheffield and Ray Barnholt once again join me for this discourse (thiscourse). I'm pretty sure that when we record the fifth part in a few months, that'll have it sorted. But maybe it won't! It's a slippery one, this masterpiece catalogue.

This podcast keeps pausing when my phone goes to sleep mode. Before it would play continuously without interruption even at sleep mode. Please look into what the problem is.

Seems connected to the website player. You can download the podcast if it helps. I've been doing that for years as I prefer to live independently from Wi-Fi availability.

It will be nothing at all to do with the lads just throwing a sound file online, and everything to do with whichever app or browser you're using to stream it. No point asking Retronauts about it. Try seeing if your phone has decided to helpfully stop allowing certain apps to run in the background to "save power".

I remember really enjoying Lufia when I played it, but I couldn’t tell you a single thing about it.
