When you think about "32-bit era Squaresoft," what comes to mind? If you're a normal human being, you automatically think of Final Fantasy VII, Chrono Cross, or Xenogears. But if you're an ancient like myself and my guests on this week's Retronauts (Jeremy Parish and Andrew Vestal), you might also give voice to the bold, weird stuff Squaresoft threw at the wall back in the day. Namely, Bushido Blade, Tobal No. 1, Racing Lagoon, and a whole lot of crap with a chocobo's face on it. (As an avid Final Fantasy XIV fan: Alpha, please don't take that remark the wrong way, I love you very much.)  Whatever you think of Squaresoft's 32-bit experiments, you can bet we talk about them all with Retronauts' usual gusto for the strange and unusual. God Bless the Podcast.—Nadia

God, I had some epic Bushido Blade battles with my friend back in the day.

Has there ever been an in depth Retronauts discussion of Pac Man 2? Went into it totally blind and it turned out to be one of my all time favorite gaming surprises.
