Quyz's Patreon Changes (Poll) (Patreon)

Hello Patrons,

First I want to thank you once again for your continued support. It means a lot to me and I am currently working full time on this artwork.

With that said, I have an important decision to make regarding Patreon and I would like your feedback.

In March, Patreon updated their community guidelines. Previously 'cartoon' artwork had a vague exception to their pornography rules. Now they are explicitly forbidding many subjects, including erect or wet genitalia, intercourse, masturbation, and any sort of penetration. Most of my works are more "pin-up" style with simply a nude person, and that is still allowed, but about one in five of my works technically breaks the new rules in some way.

I see three primary ways I can tackle this:

• Ignore it and hope for the best. They might not notice any issues on the page for years, but my page could also potentially disappear without notice. I believe the patrons would not get refunded if they were recently charged for the month.

• Go clean. I can delete all the offending images and no longer post images that have erections, masterbation, nor, uh, wetness. All explicit materials and alternatives would still be posted to Discord and SubscribeStar.

• Fully Transition to Subscribe Star.  SubStar has very few restrictions so I would be able to express myself freely on that platform. The upcoming comic I'm making will include a fair number of explicit scenes, so could only realistically be shared on SubStar.
