My hand/arm is fortuntaely feeling better, though I still would like to take a few days to rest it properly and take care of some other things but I should be able to get back to and finish this chapter in April, so there shouldn't be too long to wait for the rest. Since I did have to rush this a little, I may make revisions as I work on the remaining half. Once it's all done, the final version will be available at the same link/page below.

I want to plan more in advance before committing to a time frame for chapter 3, since that's gotten me into trouble twice now.
