Commission Form Update (Patreon)

I'm working on a new commission form to use before I officially open to public commissions again!

Going to try out using JotForms instead of Google, in order to offer a more streamlined process with examples inlaid rather than shown separately.

(I won't be raising my prices again for now, as I don't feel a need to, but that may change in the future.)

As always, patrons are allowed to inquire for a commission at any time. I hold spots for you guys regardless of my public openings.
