So, the backstory with Adrena Lynn (in a nut shell) is that she was a TV action star who specialized in extreme stunts, but was faking them...and was out'd by Kimmy.  No pun intended.  She was originally supposed to be a major villainess (outrivaled only by Shego) throughtout the series, but proved unpopular with audiences...and down-right annoying if you ask me.  She only had one appearance in the first season...and a cameo in the last episode.
