In Other News... (Patreon)

I had intended to publish a finished piece and story like I normally do on Fridays, but I wound up in the emergency room late Tuesday night due to a strain in my thigh muscle.  Nothing overly serious and I have no idea how I injured it, but I'm on pain meds and can't really concentrate long enough to get anything done.  I'm one of those people who doesn't take aspirin unless I absolutely have to, so to say that I've been a little loopy these past few days would be a mild understatement.

What with this injury and starting my new job this coming Tuesday, don't be surprised if you see a lot of lineart and finished pieces (that don't require a complex story) this coming week or so.

Point of fact...it took my nearly twenty minutes to write that one, simple paragraph.  :P  :D
