With the success of her clothing optional sales gimmick, Peg has settled back into the real estate business with relative ease.  So much so that every home she's listed has sold within days...sometimes within hours.  If anything, the stripper biz has taught her one important lesson...  Sex sells.

Now, having to barely lift a finger to sell a home, she's gotten into the habit using the homes amenities before every open house.  Saunas, hot tubs, garden tubs so big you could practically swim laps in them, and...her personal favorite...laying out beside the pool of her more high-end homes and catching some rays.  Back when she first started out in the business she would have scoffed at the very idea of such unprofessional behavior.  Now, however, it's just another perk of the job as far she's concerned.

Walking through the living room of a split-level ranch-style house that looks like something straight off the set of the Brady Bunch, Peg begins to shed her business attire.  Instead of the usual undergarments, underneath her pants suit is a pink, polka-dotted string bikini.  Looking out at the high hedges that surround the back yard, Peg allows herself a little smirk and begins to untie her bikini as she walk out onto the patio.

Peg: (thinking) Hmmm.  Looks like the perfect opportunity to get rid of these tan lines.
