Reject 45 - 4K (Patreon)

It's been a little while since I've done any rejects.  The one with Kim and Ann keeping secrets originally started off life as this one...and eventually morphed into the Monique and Ned one from last week.

In it's original form, Ann was supposed to be giving Ned a physical for work with her commenting on how high his blood pressure is (based on his girth), but I couldn't make the joke work.

 Come to think of it, I'm fairly certain the Pool Boy one spawned from this one as well.
