There's a couple of scenes in Venture Bros season 7 "The Unicorn in Captivity" where Doc is invited to a party cut straight from the orgy sequence in Stanley Kubrick's 1999 "Eyes Wide Shut".   Doc is forced to choose between two doors: one holding a topless woman in a mask (implied to be Dr Mrs the Monarch), the other holding "Tiger", a large man in a tiger mask and bondage gear wearing a knife-tipped robotic strap-on.  He's quite literally given the choice: fuck or be fucked.

I'd lean towards the former, Doc.
