And no, I'm not counting the Ancient/Fossil pokemon that got blended together.

I like the idea of Brock finding a tyrnatrum fossil and resurrecting a few to share with lance and Clair so they can learn from each other!

What about Genesect? On the wiki, they are described as following: "Genesect were restored from Fossils of an ancient Pokémon by Team Plasma and technologically enhanced to increase their fighting power." Though I admit it also says "Some believe it was once a Kabutops", which might be something interesting - Shin and a Genesect, with one of the professors posing a possible link. I think everyone looking on exasperated as Elm tries this would be funny...
