EDIT: I'm running behiiiiiiind but the Backstage audio was posted yesterday, I'm editing the Manager audio right now, and will be posting one for everybody tomorrow. And everything is on track for this weekend. If you dig YouTube I'll have one there later this week.

Getting myself settled into a schedule is a huge challenge for me but I'm determined to stay as close to on track as possible and I want to be transparent throughout the process.
