Please take all the time you need. What you've built isn't going to crumble. It will still be there. You've got so many people who are in your corner. I know I don't really know you on a personal level, but as someone who also has major depression, I'm proud of you for sharing what you have.

Don’t worry about your work and commitments as your health and well being always comes first. We can wait for your works as we always wish to see you in good shape first. Be kind to yourself as you are doing all that you can during these times, even if it’s just the basic necessities. I at times feel like I’m numb at times and am just running on autopilot on doing my duties until times are better. All will be well in due time.
