Beta Soon! (Patreon)

The beta will be coming soon~ Very very soon~

Like I said a while back, Nebula+ Patrons will be given access to the beta first to allow them to test and play the game for feedback before I release it to the masses!

This will be a trend we will continue going forward, so if you want to get your hands on the new version of the game before anyone else, I highly recommend supporting our Nebula+ or higher tiers!

The beta will not have a free version coming out alongside it, so for anyone waiting for the free version, you'll have to wait until the next update before being able to play the released beta.

Thank you all so much for your support and patience. We're almost there!

I find this to be extreamly shady/greedy. The tier descriptions describe each tier as each having access to new versions with no distinction between the different tiers. Please update your descriptions to match what this post says.

You misunderstand. Yes all patrons will receive access to the Beta. But that very first release of our brand new gameplay will be going to those who support a bit more first so in case there's any major game breaking bugs we would be able to find those out first before a grand release to the vast majority of our audience. It's much easier to fix a game breaking bug with a smaller group (which our higher tiers is less than 20 individuals) then it for the thousands who purchased the game on itch as well as the vast amount of our patreon community being the lower tier. On top of the fact that the first version of the beta won't be available for free only patron supporters and individuals who purchased the game on itch will have access to the beta once it's fully released.

I understand that, but there's no difference in the description of the tiers! They all say "Access to New Versions of Monster XXXperiment!" So for someone spending money, that's why I selected the Star tier because I just wanted access to the newest version available, only to find out after I subscribed that I've been played out of the newest version which is obviously upsetting.

Yeah this is a one time only thing. It's not going to be consistent that the higher tiers gain access before lower tiers. Only for this first version because so much has changed about the game. That's the reason we didn't change the descriptions to reflect that because we don't plan to do staggered releases going forward.
