  The Contrast is a surreal movie in which there are two Worlds, and in each of them lives a person. The Worlds are their domains, mirroring the persons' character and thinking. In the Light, earthly, world lives Yellow, a kind but naive girl. Whereas in the Dark world, resembling the underwater planes, there lives Blue, a sad boy who holds feelings for the girl of the other realm. The movie follows Blue's reluctant confessions of his feelings to Yellow, and at the same time warns the audience about the consequences of this emerging relationship which will eventually end up as “toxic“.

This term represents a relationship between two people in which one of the partners subtly and consciously subdues the self-esteem of the other partner, controlling his feelings and behavior. The motif of the aggressor is usually his need for recognition, attention or his own lack of self-esteem which he retains by crushing the self-esteem of his partner.

The aim of this movie is to warn potential victims of toxic relationships, who are often unaware of their situation, that they face a real problem and that they do not realize how far can the problem escalate.

Kontrast je surreální film ve kterém existují dva světy a v každém z nich žije čověk. Tyto světy jsou jejich doménou, odrážejí jejich podstatu, povahu a myšlení. Ve Světlém pozemském světě žije Žlutá, hodná však naivní dívka. Zatímco v Temném světě připomínající podvodní pláně sídlí Modrý smutný chlapec, který chová k dívce z opačné sféry nenaplněné city. Film sleduje váhavé vyznání Modrého své lásce a zároveň varuje před dopadem tohoto vznikajícího vztahu, jež se ukáže jako "toxický". 

Tímto termínem se označuje jakékoliv soužití dvou lidí, kde jeden z partnerů nenápadnými posunky vědomě potlačuje sebevědomí toho druhého a začíná tak ovládat jeho pocity a chování. Motivem pro agresra většinou bývá jeho lačnost po uznání, pozornosti, nebo nedostatek sebevědomí, které si snaží udržovat shazováním svého partnera.

Cílem tohoto filmu je varovat potencionální oběti toxického vztahu, které si často ani neuvědomují, že čelí nějakému problému a nevědí jak daleko až může zajít.
