First off, Pix, your requests are just... whoaaa! Awesome, thank you so much for them! Now to make it clear for everyone, Pix's request was: 

Paint somewhere you've been that you remember well, somewhere that made you feel something. Somewhere that made you appreciate nature or design. Somewhere you're proud to have seen.

I could not think of a better place than the most memorable sight of my village, the windmill. It's a sigil of my home just as the hill behind it. Every time I come back and see the peak, I know I'm somewhere I belong.

Also, I took this opportunity and actually went out to paint. It was wonderful! Sadly, I could not bring my acrylics out. I had to stick to the old trusty watercolors. Then I finished the painting digitally at home. Hope you don't mind Pix that I changed the medium. It was really fun to paint outside once again. I should do this more often!
