patreon update - charge up front feature (Patreon)

Unfortunately, no hospital examination happened, because "they were full". Now I have to wait another month to get a new appointment. How awesome our healthcare here is. 

But to the subject, Patreon is launching a new payment feature: charge up front. I decided to shift to it. Mainly because I've noticed some people simply get the 1$ reward, look through the page and then leave. That's really annoying and disrespectful towards my proper 1$ patrons. Luckily the charging upfront solves this problem.
