2017 review (Patreon)

First of all I want to thank all my past and current patrons! I would not be able to get my bachelors degree without your help!!! <3

At the beginning of the 2017 I was pretty desperate money wise. I lived in a flat together with seven people I barely knew. Even though it was the cheapest one I found, it was overpriced and poorly equipped. When I paid the rent only 20€ was left to buy the food for the whole month. At that time I was finishing my bachelor's degree movie Contrast. It was really stressful time but I did it! With a huge help from you, my patrons as well as from my family and from my beloved boyfriend.

The summer began and I moved back to my family's house. I could finally work on my own projects. My activity on the social media rised and I gained a lot of new followers. Especially thanks to the Artists Training Grounds Challenge when the story about Drew and Chica was born :) The summer time was great, but at the end... my health got worse.

And then the new semester came. I moved back to Bratislava. This time I live with my boyfriend and his family. I pay my part of the rent and have a comfortable place to live. But my health got worse again and so my activity. I couldn't participate in inktober or properly begin my school projects. I missed too much class at the beginning of the year that I could not leave the school to get the proper health care.

So here I am now. The new year begins and I have a ton of work ahead because I missed too much class. But I have to stay strong. I promise I'll do my best to get well soon and continue my art journey with you all by my side! Thank you so much for your patience! And I wish you a great year 2018!
