HS1 Full and Half state showing at the same time fixed (Patreon)

For some users who can't make 0harmony plugin work, I made an edit to .unity file to make them work even without it(I did this to my vanilla installed HS1), Based on checking all mods, all mods that were encountering this issue were only panties category.

Please redownload all those mods again.
