Thanks, Jess. I received this just as I was going through the journal notes of my psychologist, who has completely made up a large part of the journal content. I waited 20 years to get help because I was afraid of not being believed. And guess what? I was right! So I really needed this video now.

Thanks! Yeah, I have thankfully already moved on to another one, who has been great so far. I just hadn't seen the notes until now. But I still want to follow it up. I am very lucky to fit all of the criteria for someone who can make themselves well received by healthcare professionals, in a country where this is taken seriously. What if the next person this psych meets doesn't get the care they need because they don't know how to argue an obviously fabricated examination, or who has the suicidal tendencies I do not? So I want to ensure this isn't just left behind.
