This was fascinating!! I use procrastinating to get other projects done. I try to do all my bad habits mindfully and actively and it makes a big difference and I thought it was just me being weird. It's really nice to see it's A Thing lol. I will often clean my room to avoid working on a resume, or other such chore shift arounds. When I had a huge art project to do, I revved up by completing a bunch of tiny ones. The rush of completing those made the bigger project feel more possible. So I've started doing that with house cleaning. I will do 4-6 tiny chores and feel so good doing them that I brave up to do a bigger time consuming chore.

That's awesome! Way to go finding a rhythm that works for you! I might have to try that -- I often do the big thing first because it's, well, big and I want it over with.... but I never considered using the small things as rocket boosters to get me into the atmosphere first. I love it! Thank you so much for sharing! 🧡 Harley, Community Manager

I watched as a break! I did the thing I had to do after working myself up to the doing the thing (phone call and 3 texts *shudder) and decided my reward was to watch. And it was a useful watching. Ty!
