Funny, I never thought about having accommodations for me in my marriage but it totally makes sense.

I think the best accommodation is understanding. But my husband will remind me to bring my fidget cube with me. He also struggles understanding my disability specially the sensory issues I have. Since I am very introverted and he is very extroverted.very opposite. Alot of his environment he likes for fun are loud and crowded

Also delegating and sharing chores helps me alot. This works for us with dishes. If I cook he will pitch in and offer to clean.
