I guess I need to do this... I have timers... and I need to get off the computer and accomplish something...

So I tried this the other day, it was great for distractions. As distractions came in, I would look at the clock and tell my brain. "Not now, but in 20 more minutes you can look into that". The problem I had was I hyper focused and then 8 hours later, I was still sitting at my computer. Guess I need to work on forcing the breaks.
