I’m 54 and just received an ADHD diagnosis yesterday, after about a months worth of labs, testing, weird questionnaires my friends and family had to fill out, and so on. I decided to go get tested after stumbling onto your How to Adhd YouTube’s. Especially the one with Brett 2.0 about getting diagnosed later in life.
