I have a CPAP and absolutely love it. The cpap acts like breathing exercises and actually quotes my mind before bed.

I moved alot when I slept before I got mine, the first month with it, sure I got much better sleep, but not moving anymore I was waking up stiff. However I got used to not moving and my body adjusted and now its super.
