YAYAYAYAYAY! Hooray for all the yays! :-D Also, total agreement about Asana. I've been using it for years to manage projects. Awesome software!

Congratulations on day 100, feeling the confidence to say this IS your job, and taking a step to better manage the business & your life!! I hope Asana works well for the two of you.

How to ADHD

Seriously!! I don't know how we've been surviving so long without it! It's so easy now for Edward and I to update each other that WE ACTUALLY DO IT! WITHOUT yelling through bathroom doors! :D I think every married couple should use this tbh, so not every interaction is about the kids (dogs) or the finances or the house.

Thanks Nancy! Yeah I really love it so far, it's an awesome ADHD accommodation :D Now I don't have to hold everything in my (terrible) working memory!

I use the heck out of the subtasks, and the ability to section off tasks in a list. It essentially works out to be a three-deep checklist. A major milestone "task" turns into a Section, and each task in the section is the stepwise action necessary to "check off" the section. Since each task (including the Sections!) can have subtasks—each of which can have their own due date and assignee—it's great for Brains (like me!) who need every teensy little step (wet toothbrush. Put paste on bristles. Put toothbrush on teeth. Scrub. Repeat. LOL). To the way my brain works, this Section (with subtasks)->Tasks->subtasks works magnificently!

Congrats on day 100! You are doing good work keep it up. As my brain allows, I try to use the "Getting Things Done" methodology for my personal life. It is very similar to what you are doing. There are many cheap personal apps that follow the GTD methodology. GTD has a cult following in some highly productive circles and is very ADHD friendly. There are GTD based apps that are very cheap... free or $20/year. I also have an special email set up for family to assign me task and it goes straight to the app. Also, many companies that I have worked for have done what you show in the video on a much bigger scale.

You should be proud of your accomplishments to date. It does not surprise me, I sensed something a long time ago and I am glad to say I was there in the “early” days. I hope my support has been helpful and I always promote the channel as much as possible. Even the woman I am going out with tells friends about the channel. It is amazing how many of her friends have been dealing with it in their family. This is in part because I asked her in the beginning to please watch it to better understand some of my challenges. So, she talks to her friends about me and mentions my condition. Keep on going and I am glad to her you are settling into your new “full time” job. I beat you never would have thought you would be able to say it! You are an inspiration for a lot of people, even me when I am having a hard time.

I kept hearing 'A sauna' and was suuper confused until I saw the name on the page 😅 I'm so happy for you guys, and good luck with all the projects and many more years of doing this 😊

How to ADHD

Edward used to SWEAR by GTD, and he gave me a book that's a simplified version of it called "Zen to Done." I'm not sure why I never got into it, maybe it intimidated me or I wasn't introduced to it at the right time? Not sure, but Edward says Asana works in that same style

How to ADHD

same! I'm like aughhhh my brain has a proper secretary for its executive function now :D

How to ADHD

You've been with us from just about the beginning and your support has meant so much to us <3 Thank you so much for believing in us, it's cool to see it paying off now -- not just in being able to go pro, but all the people who've gotten diagnosed after seeing one of our videos.
