It's almost as if this is some sort of substitute for sex. It's interesting how they just spent the night together and Cooper almost made a move on Andy. He obviously tried to hide it, but the hair thing is like Cooper's weird way of receiving the intimacy he truly desires from the guy he loves (but is afraid to love), without actually making love.
